Opening Accounts・Documents

Quick Open Account
You may open an account without any personal identification document.
※You will still have to verify your identity upon fund withdrawals

Proof of Identification Documents
Your country’s Government organization approved identification document.
Your photograph, your name and expiry date (if any) has to be clearly seen on the document.

For security purposes, we would require you to submit a self-taken photo holding the identification document.
Within the photograph, your facial features, to your forearms must be clearly seen.

※Proof of Identification document and Proof of address has to be two separate documents.

You may open an account if you are above 18 years of age and below 80 years of age.
Currently we offer Standard Account and Premier Accounts.
Standard Account
Standard accounts are for users who trade on their own.
Premier Account
Premier accounts are managed by your appointed Fund Manager.
We do not trade on behalf of our clients.
A third party (usually an affiliate who introduces you to use a Premier Account) will be managing your funds, namely, to trade on your behalf.
It does not mean BigBoss would be using your funds to trade on the market.
You cannot open a Premier Account directly from our website.
Please check with your Fund Manager or affiliate for more information.
A premier account does not have access to trade.

Instead, upon fund deposit, your funds will be accessed by your Fund Manager/affiliate to trade on your behalf.
You will not know the actual trading situation unless your Fund Manager informs you.
You may see the trade results from your account balance after some time.

Trading

Leverage is any technique involving the use of borrowed funds in the purchase of an asset, with the expectation that the after tax income from the asset and asset price appreciation will exceed the borrowing cost. Leveraging enables gains and losses to be multiplied.
Please be aware that the higher the leverage, the higher the returns would be but would also mean possibly higher lost.

A standard lot = 100,000 units of base currency.
The minimum order per transaction is 0.01 lot (1000 units).

Our company marks margin call at 50% of margin level.
Our company marks loss cut at 20% of margin level.
We do not collect transaction fees from trade orders.
MT4 operates on GMT time zone. Old server 「BigBossHoldings-LIVE」(Users whose account number starts with 101) uses GMT±0. New server 「BigBossHoldings-LIVE2」(Users whose account number starts with 63) uses Winter GMT +2, Summer GMT +3
The server rollover time occurs from Monday to Friday (Sunday to Thursday for areas below GMT+2).

Swap points for Saturdays and Sundays of the previous week are collectively reflected on MT4 every Wednesday (Tuesday for areas below GMT+2).

Currency pair without the .sq sign are back test subjects which cannot be transacted on.
‘.sq’ is a symbol that represents tradable pairs and nothing else.

※For new server「BigBossHoldings-LIVE2」account holders (Account no. starting with 63) there would not be any .sq mark on trade pairs.

Withdrawals

Currently, only International Bank Transfers are available.
Big Boss charges $20 for USD account or 2000 yen for JPY account per withdrawal, regardless the amount.
After deduction of handling fee, usually it takes about 2-5 working days for transferred amount to reflect on your account.
※It would usually take a little longer to process withdrawals above $50000. Thank you for your understanding.
Unfortunately we cannot do that.
We would suggest you to cancel your withdraw application and re-apply again with the correct amount.
You may view your withdrawal history here upon log in.
※However, there might be a possibility that you may not make it in time to cancel after the application is processed.
Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Withdrawal history’.
Click ‘Cancel application’ once.
A Cancellation report email will be sent to you from our customer support.

There are no withdrawal limits for Standard Account users.

※However, you will not be able to withdraw partial funds that falls under the following criteria:
・Funds deposited through credit cards within past 2 months.
・Funds that are required to maintain a healthy margin to maintain your current trading position.
・Funds that are deposited through Bitcoin and has not fulfill the 10lot/BTC trade requirement.
As Premier account holders, your funds are being managed by your fund manager, who usually is at a state of position holding on your behalf.
Therefore you might not be able to withdrawal above a certain amount at a time.
Please contact your Fund Manager should you have needs to withdraw funds above the available limit.

We do not limit withdrawals, but due to the nature of Premier Accounts, there are rules decided between you and your Fund Manager.
We are unable to answer questions regarding withdrawal refusals from your Fund Manager.
Please contact your Fund Manager should you have needs to withdraw funds above the available limit.

You may also not be able to withdraw funds that falls under the following criteria:
・Funds deposited through credit cards within past 2 months

Transfers

Transfer would take 0-1 working days.
Do take note that when you transfer fund to other currency account, the fund is exchanged based on the market rate.
Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Transfer history’.
Click ‘Cancel application’ once. A Cancellation report email will be sent to you from our customer support.

※ Depending on situation and timing, there might be a possibility that you may not make it in time after the application is processed.

As Premier account holders, your funds are being managed by your fund manager, who usually is at a state of position holding on your behalf.
Therefore you might not be able to transfer above a certain amount at a time.

We do not limit transfers, but due to the nature of Premier Accounts, there are rules decided between you and your Fund Manager.

Personal Information

We would require you to send us a new Proof of address (dated to the past 3 month).
Please send a copy to support@bigboss-financial.com and our customer support staff will verify and update for you.
We would need to verify that you are the actual user, therefore we require you to send an email to our customer support support@bigboss-financial.com from your old email address, with the following information:

We do not close already opened accounts. After withdrawing all funds in the account, the account will automatically enter a frozen mode.
