Opening Accounts・Documents

For customers who applied for Quick Open Accounts:
It usually takes a few minutes to send the Notification that your account has opened after you submit the application.

If you did not receive any notifications, please check if the email was sent to your spam folder.
※ Recently, there are lots of cases that the notification was sent to spam folders for customers who use Gmail to register on our website.
For customers who applied for Open Accounts or Create New Accounts:
After you submit the application, your uploaded documents will go through our checking and a notification will be sent to your registered email address if your account is successfully opened.
It usually takes 0-1 business day to finish account opening.

If you did not receive any notifications,
there is a high possibility that your application has not been approved or the notification was sent to your spam folder.
Please check if the email was sent to your spam folder.

Quick Open Account
You may open an account without any personal identification document.
※You will still have to verify your identity upon fund withdrawals

Proof of Identification Documents
Your country’s Government organization approved identification document.
Your photograph, your name and expiry date (if any) has to be clearly seen on the document.

■ Passport ■ Driving License ■ Government issued Insurance Card ■ Identity Card

For security purposes, we would require you to submit a self-taken photo holding the identification document.
Within the photograph, your facial features, to your forearms must be clearly seen.

※Proof of Identification document and Proof of address has to be two separate documents.

Name, address, and date of issue (or expiry) has to be clearly seen on the document.

■ Any other public organization issued letters has to be within past 3 months

All tradings will be carried out on our own platform but not on MT4.

For Remittance/ Bank Transfer from Overseas
Your deposit will be credited to your trading account upon our receipt of your transfer. Although it varies among different banks, after your transfer, it normally takes 2-5 business days before your account is credited.

- - However, your deposit cannot be credited immediately to your account for the following cases.
  • Your trading Account Number of Big Boss are not accurately filled in the blank of Remitter or Message to Beneficiary.
  • The remitter’s name is different from the registered name (in alphabet) in Big Boss.

  • If so, please directly contact our customer support team.
    For Remittance/ Bank Transfer from a Bank in Japan
    After your transfer is received by our financial collection agency, it normally takes 0-1 business day before your account is credited.

    However, your remittance will not been successfully credited to your account if your name and your trading Account Number of Big Boss are not accurately filled in the blank of Remitter.
    If so, please directly contact our customer support team.
    Others
    After finishing the payment, it normally only takes a few minutes before your account is credited.

    However, your deposit cannot be credited immediately to your account for the following cases.
    It normally takes 0-1 business day before your account is credited.

  • Your account balance is minus and the compensation needs to be operated by Big Boss. ⇒ It normally takes 0-1 business day before your account is credited.
  • The card holder’s name is different from the registered name (in alphabet) in Big Boss. ⇒ Please directly contact our customer support team.
  • Trading

    Leverage is any technique involving the use of borrowed funds in the purchase of an asset, with the expectation that the after tax income from the asset and asset price appreciation will exceed the borrowing cost. Leveraging enables gains and losses to be multiplied.
    Please be aware that the higher the leverage, the higher the returns would be but would also mean possibly higher lost.
    No. Leverage remains the same regardless of the volume of funds.
    For standard accounts, you can choose leverage from 25:1 50:1 100:1 200:1 400:1 and 555:1
    ※The leverage of CFD is fixed as 50.
    For pro spread accounts, the leverage is 555:1
    ※The leverage of CFD is fixed as 50.
    A standard lot for forex = 100,000 units of base currency.
    The minimum order per transaction is 0.01 lot (1000 units).

    Rate x Unit of currency transacted x transaction volume ÷ leverage = Margin
    On standard account, the margin call marks at 50% of margin level.
    On standard account, stop out occurs below 20% of margin level.
    For Standard Accounts, it is commission-free for all Forex and CFD trades.
    A commission fee is charged for other trades (1 Lot one-way 0.2% (0.4% per turn)).
    The commission fee on Pro Spread Accounts is as follows:
    ・1 Lot one-way $4.5 ($9 per turn)
    The server rollover time occurs from Monday to Friday (Sunday to Thursday for areas below GMT+2).
    Server rollover time occurs at 10pm, GMT ±0
    Swap points for Saturdays and Sundays of the previous week are collectively reflected on MT4 every Wednesday (Tuesday for areas below GMT+2).

    Withdrawals

    USD Account 20 per transaction
    JPY Account 2000 per transaction
    BTC Account BTC0.001 per transaction
    ETH Account ETH0.01 per transaction
    OMG Account OMG1 per transaction
    QASH Account QASH10 per transaction

    It will take 2-5 business days to process your withdrawal application by bank transfer.
    ※The time of withdrawal process may differ among different banks.
    ※Please be noted that he amount of withdrawal application with over $50000 will take longer time than usual.

    For withdrawals in other ways, you will receive a confirmation email after the completion of your application.
    Please reply to the confirmation email in the require format and we will process your withdrawal after we received your email.
    Usually it take 0-1 business day to process the withdraw after the confirmation of the replied email.
    Unfortunately we cannot do that.
    We would suggest you to cancel your withdraw application and re-apply again with the correct amount.

    Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Withdrawal history’.
    Click ‘Cancel application’ once.
    A Cancellation report email will be sent to you from our customer support.

    ※※However, there might be a possibility that you may not make it in time to cancel after the application is processed.

    ※You will not be able to withdraw partial funds that falls under the following criteria:
    ・Funds deposited through credit cards within past 2 months.
    ・Funds that are required to maintain a healthy margin to maintain your current trading position.
    A SWIFT code is an international bank code that identifies particular banks worldwide.

    Transfers

    Transfer would take 0-1 working days.
    Do take note that when you transfer fund to other currency account, the fund is exchanged based on the market rate.
    Proceed to ‘Fund History’ located at the top bar and select ‘Transfer history’.
    Click ‘Cancel application’ once. A Cancellation report email will be sent to you from our customer support.

    ※ Depending on situation and timing, there might be a possibility that you may not make it in time after the application is processed.

    A 'Cancellation Report' email will be sent to you from our customer support should your cancellation is successful.

    Personal Information

    We would require you to send us a new Proof of address (dated to the past 3 month).
    Please send a copy to support@bigboss-financial.com and our customer support staff will verify and update for you.
    We would need to verify that you are the actual user, therefore we require you to send an email to our customer support support@bigboss-financial.com from your old email address, with the following information:

    In case where you are unable to access your old email address, please send an email to our customer support support@bigboss-financial.com with the following information:

    We do not close already opened accounts. After withdrawing all funds in the account, the account will automatically enter a frozen mode.
