We would like to inform you that the Inactive User System and the Account Termination System will be released on November 1, 2012 (Tuesday) for users with MT4/MT5 account(s).
In order to provide a better trading environment for our customers, BigBoss will periodically upgrade the trading servers. The new Inactive User System and the Account Termination System will improve server performance and enable us to provide a higher level of trading environment.
Please note that once a trading account has been terminated, it cannot be reactivated. If you have trading accounts that have not been used for a while, we kindly invite you to take this opportunity and resume trading with us.
Overview of the Inactive User system
*Starting from 1st Nov 2022.
■ Target Account Type for the Inactive User system
・Pro Spread account
・MASS Standard Account
*CRYPTOS Account is not included in the Inactive User system.
■ About BigBoss Points and Credit Bonus
Once you become an inactive user, BigBoss points and credit bonus will be invalidated from all accounts held.
■About Account Maintenance Fee
Once you become a Inactive User, you will be charged a monthly account maintenance fee of $5.00 per month on all eligible accounts.
The maintenance fee will be collected one month after the date you become an inactive user.
■Use of My Page and MT4/MT5
Even if you become an inactive user, you will still be able to log in to your My Page and MT4/MT5 trading accounts, and trading is possible as well.
■Deactivation of Inactive User
If a transaction (deposit or trade) occurs after you become a dormant user, you will be deactivated as an inactive user and the collection of account maintenance fees will be suspended.
※Inactive users will not be able to transfer or withdraw funds from their trading accounts.
Please note that inactive users must be deactivated first.

Once an account is terminated, BigBoss points and credit bonuses will be invalidated.
■Use of MT4/MT5
Once the account is terminated, you will not be able to log in to MT4/MT5.

*If you wish to terminate your account, you may withdraw all the balance. When you do not use the account again, you will automatically become a dormant user and your account will be terminated afterwards. Please wait until the termination procedures complete.
*This system is performed automatically and cannot be set to be excluded individually.
*The”120-day transaction” is not counted from 11/1 or in each account. It is counted from the most recent transaction among all target accounts held by the user.
*Account cannot be reactivated once it has been terminated. You will have to apply for an additional account.
*We are currently working on user notification before and after the user becoming Dormant User and Account Termination. Please wait until the release of the notification.
*Even if you become a dormant user or if your account is terminated, you can still log in to MyPage and download the transaction report.
In addition, BigBoss holds regular bonus promotions for all customers.
Once an account has been terminated, it cannot be reactivated.
