● Please note that once a withdrawal is made from a trading account holding bonus, bonus in that account will be canceled proportionally to the withdrawal amount in relation to the account balance. Yet, bonus in other trading accounts will not be affected.

● Please be advised when transferring funds from a trading account holding bonus, bonus in that account will be canceled proportionally to the amount transferred in relation to the account balance. Also, the bonus will not be redistributed to the destination trading account.

● For Deluxe accounts, when stop out occurs, all the bonus credit in that account will be cancelled.

● Once you become an inactive user, the Credit bonus will be invalidated from all accounts held, if an account has been terminated, Credit bonus from that account will also be cancelled.

● All bonuses in your account will be forfeited during the bonus campaign period if any illegal translation was found.

● Trading account balance is minus

● There is Credit in the account

● Unclosed position is not positive

● No illegal trading patterns is found

When satisfying the conditions above, Credit will be moved to reset the minus balance to zero. Negative balance protection service will be offered if Credit is not adequate to return the balance to zero.

Accounts other than Standard Accounts, Pro Spread Accounts, MASS Standard Accounts and Deluxe Accounts are not eligible for BigBoss Points.

BigBoss points will not be counted for transactions with a position holding time of less than 10 minutes in a target account.

BigBoss Points (BBP) you have earned should always be valid, except if there is no deposit or transaction for 42 days from the last transaction date, in which case all BigBoss Points (BBP) you have earned will be forfeited.

If there is no deposit or transaction for 42 days from your last trading date, all BigBoss points (BBP) you have earned will expire and your holding points will be reset to 0.
The expiration of BigBoss Points is not on an account-by-account basis, but on all accounts (BBP) you have.

In addition, when you become an inactive user, all BigBoss Points held at that time will be cancelled.

The BigBoss Loyalty Program (BLP) is a system that increases the Loyalty Status (LS) of traders based on the total number of days they trade.

As you upgrade to higher status, you can earn more BigBoss Points (BBPs), have your leverage limits relaxed, and be able to cash in your BBPs.

Your status will increase depending on the total number of days you have traded. Alternatively, you can purchase Loyalty Status at BBC.

※"Trading" means buy/sell and includes open positions. The total number of days to status up does not have to be consecutive.

Your status will be downgraded to Executive, regardless of the status before.

“Replenishment” is the process of replenishing a negative balance with the valid balance of other accounts, together with the process of replenishing with the credits held (credit offsetting).
The "replenishment" is called "Offset," and will be indicated as “0 cut system offset balance” in the comment of the MT4/MT5 transaction history.

"Zero-cut" is the process of resetting the balance to zero when there is no balance and credit available for the replenishment. BigBoss will bear the cost of the resetting.
The resetting will be indicated as “0 cut system” in the comment of the MT4/MT5 transaction history.

The replenishment (Offset) is applied on a user-by-user basis instead of an account-by-account basis.
Applicable accounts are Standard / Pro Spread / MASS Standard.
※The current account-by-account Zero-Cutting System will remain unchanged and apply on Premier accounts and Deluxe accounts.

Funds allocated for replenishment are only from the balance of the eligible accounts.
Funds allocated for replenishment are prioritized from the balance. When valid balance is no longer available, credit will be allotted.

If there are multiple accounts with negative balances, the accounts with the largest negative amounts will be applied first for offsetting.
In addition, if a negative account remains after all the positive account balances have been used, or if only one account is held, zero-cut will be executed.

It is not possible to specify the account.
If you have multiple accounts with valid balance (or credit), the replenishment will be executed as follow:

①Account in the same currency as the account to be replenished will be prioritized for replenishment.
②Account with the highest balance will be prioritized for replenishment.
③When all balances are exhausted, account with the highest credit will be prioritized for replenishment.

※If there are more than one account with the “same amount” of valid balance (or credit), the account with the oldest opening date will be prioritized for replenishment.

The account will also be allocated for replenishment when there are open positions.
Even if the replenishment will lead to a stop out, the replenishment will also be performed. Please be sure to manage the funds in your account carefully to avoid margin deficiency.

The negative balance will be automatically replenished from other accounts with balance within 4 hours for eligible accounts.
*If there are open positions with unrealized profit, the Zero-Cutting System is not applicable in which the negative balance can be reduced by closing the position.

The deposits will be credited to your accounts after the replenishment (offset) and zero-cut is performed when there is no open position.

Conversely, when there is open position, deposits will be credited to your accounts without performing replenishment (offset) and zero-cut.

If any of your Standard / Pro Spread / MASS Standard / CRYPTOS (all currency) accounts has a negative balance, you will not be able to transfer from other accounts with balance. ※Transfers from CRYPTOS accounts are also not allowed.

There is a menu bar in the bottom of the Deluxe Account page on MyPage.
Select "Shop" from the menu. You can tap on the items you are interested in and go to the purchase page.

When the durability reaches zero, the item loses its effect. You can repair the items to restore their effect.

Some items are available for purchase while others are not, depending on your Loyalty Status (LS).
The more effective an item is, the higher the LS are required to purchase it.
If an item is not available for purchase in the shop, you will need to first upgrade your LS.

Your LS increases based on the total number of days you have traded. You can also purchase LS with BBC (BigBoss Coins).

Normally the maximum leverage is 1111:1, but the “Headgear” items can increase the maximum leverage of the equipped account.
Exclusively for users who open a Deluxe Account for the first time, “Iron Helm” will be equipped, which will offer a maximum leverage of 2222:1.
“Iron Helm” will have its durability reduced by transactions. Repairs are required.

One of the two Stop Out (SO) conditions in the Deluxe account is the SO that occurs when the margin level falls below 100%.
“Armor” can lower the percentage of margin level that results in this SO.

Generally, the trading commission is 1 Lot one-way $2.5, but by equipping “Weapon” items, the trading commission can be cashed back.
However, positions held for less than 5minutes are not eligible.
The cash back rate depends on the type of weapons. Please check on the shop for details.

BigBoss Points (BBP) earned through transactions can be increased by equipping “Shield” items.
In addition, BBP earned can be converted into credits for transactions, used to purchase items at the shop, or even cashed in when your Loyalty Status (LS) is high.

One of the two Stop Out (SO) conditions for the Deluxe account is the SO that occurs when the unrealized loss exceeds the account balance (not including bonus credit).
“Shoes” items provide an account balance buffer until this SO occurs.

Especially when trading only with bonus credits, if you do not have “shoes” items equipped, you will start with a negative spread and your unrealized loss will exceed your account balance, triggering SO immediately.

Please note that if the SO is triggered when the unrealized loss exceeds the account balance (not including bonus credit), all the bonus credits will be reset to zero.

One of the two Stop Out (SO) conditions for the Deluxe account is the SO that occurs when the unrealized loss exceeds the account balance (not including bonus credit).

Normally when this SO is triggered, all the bonus credits will be reset to zero.
But when equipped with "Necklace" items, the bonus credit retention rate can be increased.

In addition to USD or JPY account balance, BigBoss Points (BBP) and BigBoss Coins (BBC) can be used to purchase items.

The “automatic repair function” is a function that automatically restores full durability when it falls below 50%.
By turning on the automatic repair function, you can maintain the durability and ensure the effect of the items.

The payment for the automatic repair will be made from your deluxe accounts, and the payment currency will be used in the following order:
BBP → BBC → JPY → USD
For USD or JPY account balance, the balance in the previously opened accounts will be used first.

*If the balance is not sufficient, automatic repair function will be disabled. When the durability reaches zero, the item will automatically be de-equipped.

BBP, BBC, JPY, and USD can be used.
You may choose your own account from which to make payment.

"Daily Quest" is a feature where you can earn rewards by specific challenges every day.

3 quests are issued daily, along with a constant quest titled "Complete all Daily Quests".
Also the difficulty varies depending on the quest rank, and both the rank and content of each quest are determined randomly.

After logging into your MyPage, open your "Deluxe Account" page and click the quest icon at the top left of the home screen to check the Daily Quests.

Daily Quests are reset every day at 0:00 (GMT +0).

Daily Quest can be changed up to 3 times per day.
Please note that there is no guarantee that the quest will be changed to a lower difficulty.

Please note that it may take some time for quest progress and completion status to update.
If they are not updated immediately, please check again after a short period.

No, simply having unsettled orders (open positions) does not count toward quest completion.
For quests involve trading, only closed positions will be counted.

To claim quest rewards, press the "Receive" button on the completed quest, and a Deluxe Mail containing the reward will then be sent to you.
Open the Deluxe mail and press the "Receive" button to receive your reward.

Please note that if you do not press the “Receive” button before the next quest reset, unreceived rewards will become invalid.

DP (Deluxe Points) are points that can be earned by completing Daily Quests and other activities within a Deluxe Account.
They can be exchanged for various rewards through the "DP Exchange" feature.

To access “DP Exchange,” please log in to MyPage and open your "Deluxe Account" page.
